House Rules – Bonner
No smoking inside the home — $500 fee if any smoke or smoke odor is detected.
No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.
No unauthorized visitors at any time; only registered guests on the reservation are allowed on the property, day or night, without prior written approval.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests total, including children and infants.
Please book for the correct number of guests in advance.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or evidence of smoking/vaping, parties, or unauthorized guests will result in additional charges.
Parking – Bonner
Park only in the driveway or directly in front of the home where street parking is legal.
Do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
Follow any posted city/HOA parking signs.
Pet Policy – Bonner
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, or 1 dog up to 100 lbs.
Pets must be house‑trained and included on the reservation.
Pets may not be left alone unless crated.
Pets must stay off furniture and beds.
Clean up all pet waste indoors and outdoors.
$100 non‑refundable pet fee per stay; additional charges apply for damage, odors, or extra cleaning.

Standard check‑in time is 4:00 PM or later.
