The interior of our home is stylishly decorated and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace.
The home has three bedrooms, each with its own unique character. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and access to a private patio door. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has one twin bed. There is also a second full bathroom on the lower lever as well as a half bathroom on the main floor.
Outside, you'll find a secluded deck perfect for catching the sun coming in over the mountains. The home is surrounded by a well-manicured lawn and beautiful landscaping, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Guest can park in driveway on both spots in front of garage. Follow the walkway down the left side of the home and front door will have keypad with code given out within a few days of arrival

La Honda drive is tucked in off Forrest Park Drive, Which is one of Anchorages most desired neighborhoods due to close access to the Anchorage Coastal trail, shopping, the Anchorage Airport, and quick few minute drive into downtown.
A rental car is recommended, but taxi service, Uber/Lyft is also easily available all hours of the day and evening.
This home is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the Airport, a few minutes to the coastal trail, and less than 10 minutes into downtown. Close access to grocery, dining(Rustic Goat 2 min away), gas stations, and tons of amenities with access to midtown Anchorage. Enjoy the private balcony over looking Fish Creek as a oasis from the hustle and bustle.
